I’m getting REALLY brave and trying on a bunch of swimsuits to help you find the perfect affordable one to wear this summer. I’m also going to show you some of my favorite summer outfits. Best of all, all of these swimwear and summer outfit pieces are under $40 and all of them can be purchased online at Walmart.com!!!

If you guys have been following me for a while, you know that I’ve been swooning over Walmart’s new take on fashion since they came out with their “We Dress America” campaign earlier this year! Now, I can always be found wearing something that I got from Walmart! Trust me, just go online and search for any type of clothing you have in mind, and I guarantee you’ll find a great and affordable option at Walmart! With free shipping on orders over $35 and free returns in store…it’s become my go-to store for clothing, shoes, and accessories!

Swimsuits

So let’s jump into the swimsuit try-on session. The first swimsuit is this cute blue and white striped bikini from the Time & Tru brand at Walmart. The {bottoms} are high-waisted, which are a must for me if I’m going to brave wearing a two piece swimsuit. The {top} is supportive and has a form shaping padding. For sizing reference, I’m wearing a medium top and a small bottom. I love the detail of the tie around the waist…it has an adorable nautical look to it! My cute {sun hat} and {sandals} are both from Walmart too!

The second {swimsuit} is this pretty one-piece with small cut out in the middle. I love this style swimsuit because it gives the illusion of it being a bikini, with the comfort and coverage of a one-piece! This swimsuit is also from the Time & Tru brand and is only $29.50. This is a medium. I usually have to size up on one-piece swimsuits because I have such a long torso. I love this swimsuit so much! It’s definitely one of my favorites of all the suits I tried on.

I love the color and the off-the-shoulder style of this third swimsuit. This suit is only $10 for the set, if you can believe it! Make sure you size up on this bikini. I ordered the medium and it’s almost too small for me. I probably could wear the large. If your larger on top…this swimsuit might not be for you since it doesn’t have a lot of coverage under the ruffle. That being said, I think this is probably the prettiest of all the swimsuits I tried on! It comes in several different colors as well.

The next {swimsuit} features a deep plunging neckline and belt with gold buckle detailing. It is such gorgeous and sophisticated suit! I love the deep green color I’m wearing size medium and it fits true to size. As with all the swimsuits I tried on, the backsides provide good coverage. I won’t wear anything too skimpy back there! This swimsuit is affordable at under $30!

The next {swimsuit} I tried on was this cute lemon print swimsuit! I love this bikini because of the great coverage on the high waisted bottom and the extra support the underwire swim top provides! It’s rare to find a bikini with both a high-wasited bottom and a supportive top with good coverage! For this one, I’m wearing a medium sized top and small sized bottom.

The final {swimsuit} I tried on was this gorgeous off-the-shoulder one piece from Walmart.com. (I’ve shown you this one before…but it’s so pretty, it’s worth another look!). This swimsuit is less than $14, but feels like a super expensive swimsuit. The quality is amazing and it’s such a flattering fit! I’m wearing a small.

Summer Outfits

I’ve also found some gorgeous summer outfits and dresses on Walmart.com. The outfit above is all from Walmart (excluding purse). I love this $10 off-the-shoulder {lace top}. These {jeans} are from the Sofia Jeans brand at Walmart. For only $24, these frayed edge light colored jeans are so affordable and perfect for summer date nights. My {Sam Edelman sandals} are so comfy and only $20!

The last three outfits are all from Walmart and are all under $40. The {red dress} is from the Sofia Vergara line, and is only $37! It’s soft and comfy and runs true to size (I’m wearing an Xsmall). You can dress it up with heels and statement jewelry or dress it down with sandals and a sun hat for the beach!

The stunning {white off-the-shoulder eyelet dress} is also from the Sofia Jeans line at Walmart. It fits true to size, and I’m wearing a size small. The pretty lace eyelet detailing on the ruffles adds to its delicate and feminine look. The dress is such an amazing deal at only $36!

Finally, this comfy {black knit jumpsuit} has a button detailing and a flattering silhouette. Unfortunately it is sold out in many sizes in this color, but it is also available in a pretty peach color. It runs small and I’m wearing a medium. Best of all, it’s only $12!
