Hey I'm Erin
Hey friends, I’m excited to show you this year’s Christmas home tour! I decided to keep the pops of red that I used last year, but I mixed in more natural elements and greenery to give my Christmas decor a new and fresh look! You can see last’s year’s Christmas Home Tour here.
My 10 foot flocked Christmas tree with LED lights is from King of Christmas. I used red, white, and gold ball ornaments, along with faux boxwood balls, ice berry and red berry stems, and some mixed green pine stems to decorate my tree this year. My mantle is adorned with a large 9 foot flocked lit garland. I added red berries and some green garland to break up all the white. The linen stockings with custom lettered name ornaments are from Graced Designs. I love having personalized stockings for each member of the family!

Continuing my Christmas home tour in my kitchen, I added little 10″ wreaths to the back of my barstools to give it a Christmasy festive look! I added red berry stems to keep with my red color scheme! I attached the wreaths with two types of ribbon. I simply tied the wreaths with ribbon around the top of the barstools. I added a wreath on my oven hood with a command strip hook. I get asked a lot if the command strip causes the paint to be damaged on my cabinet…I’ve never had a problem with it!

In my entryway and dining room, I kept with a more neutral color palette. To acheive this look with the garland on the stairway, I layered three different types of garland. I attached the garland together with zip ties, and then attached the garland to the banister with the zip ties. In the dining room, I again used my collection of decorative Christmas trees as a center piece. I have been adding to my collection each year. This year, I found some new pretty Christmas trees at At Home and at Homegoods.

The last stop in my Christmas home tour is my bedroom! I added this stunning extra large lumbar pillow from Premier Curtain Studio. I added a wreath above my bed using a command strip hook. I love how my rug resembles a chunky wool sweater…perfect for this time of year. Plus, since it’s an indoor/outdoor rug, it never shows any stains or dirt!
