I have been researching different window treatment options for my living room since we moved into our house over a year ago. I decided to go with drapery panels instead of shutters, blinds, or roman shades because I wanted the option to leave the windows open and unobstructed most of the time, but also be able to have privacy or block sunlight when needed. After researching many different companies, I came across Premier Curtain Studio! They had a great selection of high quality fabrics to choose from, and I could get the custom drapery look I was going for.

Placing an order with Premier Curtain Studio was easy! I was able to get free samples of the fabrics I was considering. Once I decided on the fabric, they gave me directions on exactly how to measure my windows and were very responsive to my questions. I ended up chosing this beautiful ivory linen fabric called “Icing.” I also added a privacy liner to the panels to provide extra sunlight filtering . For reference, these curtains were made with a slight break (that’s how the curtains hit the ground) and are 113″ long.

Another thing I had to consider when chosing my window treatments was the hardware. I chose the black finish curtain rod to tie in with the dark wood and black metal accents already in the room. Instead of having one long rod, there are 3 individual rods held up with two brackets for each rod. There are small endcaps at the end of each rod that are flush with one another, making it appear to be all one rod! Another special feature of my curtains is the curtain rings are actually sewn onto the curtains, which I think gives them a high-end look. The panels are a flat style, so I am able to close them completely!

 

I’m so excited with how these gorgeous panels turned out! They have completely transformed this space giving it a more polished look! I couldn’t be happier with them!
