Hey I'm Erin
Hey guys, here today with my very last blog post of the year! I’m taking the rest of the year off from blogging after today to enjoy my family and celebrate Christmas! But first, I’m excited to show you today how I decked out my front porch for the holidays!! I partnered with The Home Depot to highlight some of their beautiful Christmas decor and front porch products to inspire you as you get your home ready for holiday guests!
I’ve mentioned in previous posts how my petite front porch is not only inconvenient for my mail deliveries, but it also makes creating a beautiful holiday display a little challenging. I don’t have a ton of room to add tons of cute accessories, so I have to make the ones that I do use have a big impact. Luckily, The Home Depot has a huge selection of name brand and affordable home decor products! I especially love their beautiful holiday decor products. Check out their amazing selection of wreaths and garlands here. I was able to find a ton of products that worked for my porch!

I used this beautiful holiday door mat from The Home Depot as my inspiration for this space. I love the classic leaf design and how it not only could serve as a holiday door mat, but it’s something I can use any time of year! Plus the small size of the mat is perfect for my limited porch space!

For around the door, I found this absolutely gorgeous and high quality pre-lit garland from The Home Depot. It has berries, eucalyptus stems and a full foliage of pine stems. I ordered 2 of the 9 foot long garland to go around the perimeter of our front door.
To install the garland, my husband used a glue gun to glue plastic hooks around the door frame and then attached the garland to the hooks. It worked liked a charm! The garland also has battery packs attached for the pre-strung Christmas lights. I ordered the matching pre-lit wreath for my front door to go with the garland as well. I attached the wreath with a large command strip hook. I love how the welcoming our tiny front porch feels with all this greenery now!

The last items I used to create a beautiful holiday entryway for our home is these cute mini Christmas trees and this potted Christmas tree set. I feel like these mini trees really create the “wow” factor for our front porch! And I found them on The Home Depot as well! I positioned them flanking our walkway and they create such a gorgeous and inviting feel as you approach our front door! These trees come as a set of three or individually. They ship free from The Home Depot (on orders of $45 or more).

I’m loving how our tiny front porch turned out! With the help of The Home Depot we have a beautiful front porch to welcome our family and friends this holiday season. And even though there is less space for the mailman to put our packages, at least the packages will look pretty amongst our little front porch forest! Be sure to check out The Home Depot’s amazing selection of home decor and furniture for your home! They are definitely one of my go-to retailers for all things home!
Thanks for stopping by and happy holidays to you and yours!
