Hey I'm Erin
I am so excited to finally reveal my partnership with World Market for my outdoor patio makeover! As you may have figured out with so many of my furniture and decor pieces, I’m a huge fan of World Market! So when I had the chance to redo my backyard with them, I jumped at the opportunity!
My small concrete patio space is, admittedly, not much to write home about. We haven’t done anything in our backyard as far as landscape or hardscape since we moved in. We plan to one day put a pool and outdoor kitchen back here (budget pending). But in the meantime, we love eating outside when the weather is nice, and I really wanted to create a comfortable and inviting space for us to enjoy when we eat alfresco! Just because your outdoor space isn’t much to look at, it doesn’t mean you can still create a beautiful space within that plain canvas using furniture, accessories, and lots of plants and flowers!

When I was designing this space, the first item I picked out was this gorgeous San Remo Outdoor Trestle table! I love the tones of the wood and that it mirrored the style of my indoor dining table! Instead of placing six to eight chairs around the table, I decided to go with these matching San Remo benches. I felt that the benches would provide much more seating for my family and guests when we have outdoor dinner parties.
This silverware 3-section caddy can be found here.
For my spring outdoor tablescape, I decided to match the periwinkle pillows with these buffet napkins, and use these pretty wicker placemats and napkin rings to compliment the blue color scheme. I loved the vintage look of these Officina 1825 tumblers, which came in a set of four. And I also found this gorgeous indigo tie dye bowl that went well with the pillows and napkins! This vintage looking wooden centerpiece was purchased at a local antique store and I filled it with white and yellow flowers to contrast nicely with the blue accents.
Anyone notice something familiar? Yes, that is my old chandelier from my dining room! I thought it added the perfect rustic farmhouse touch to this outdoor space! A similar wooden farmhouse style chandelier can be found at World Market!
In the end, I feel like I was able to achieve the warm and inviting outdoor dining space I was hoping to create on this cold and plain concrete patio. World Market’s affordable and stylish furniture and decor made it easy for my vision for this patio makeover to become a reality! Thanks for stopping by to check out this new space! Have a great day!
