Hey guys! I’m so excited to finally be able to show you the changes we’ve made in our playroom over the past few months. We completely changed the functionality of the space from a small child’s play space to a more practical space for our family!

Once the main furniture pieces were purchases like the console, sofa, coffee table and rug, I need to find some gorgeous decor to bring character and life to the space! I was so obsessed when I discovered Drew Barrymore’s new home decor line called {Flower Home available at Walmart}! Her new line features products that fuse fun patterns, bright colors, and an eclectic free-spirited style! All the items are affordable and have a laid back approachable feel! Pillows

I needed several pillows for my new ivory sofa! I chose these beautiful {pink velvet tasseled pillows} because I loved the bright pop of color they brought to the space. Then the stunning {vintage floral pillows} were the perfect compliment to the pink pillows, with the soft floral pattern. These are literally my favorite pillows ever! At the time of this blog post they are currently out of stock (I guess I wasn’t the only one who loved them!). But I set up an alert with Walmart.com so I will be notified when they are back in stock and I’ll be sure to let you guys know!

Rattan mirror

The next item I needed for this space was wall decor for this buffalo check wallpapered wall! I found this beautiful {rattan oval mirror} from Flower Home on Walmart! I love the texture that this mirror brings to the space. The mirror was so affordable and easy to hang.

Rattan and Antique Brass Arched Floor Lamp

This {arched floor lamp} is the first floor lamp in my entire house if you can believe it! I loved the rattan shade and how it tied together with the mirror. I felt like the arched base brings a touch of whimsy and fun to the space as well!

Floating Frame Tree Prints with clear matting

I originally also bought these gorgeous {framed tree prints} for the playroom space, but as sometimes happens when I got them I realized they would work better elsewhere! They found the perfect home on my foyer wall! I love the transparent matting of this floating frame allowing the wall color to be seen through the frame! What a cool effect! They have a vintage look and work so well with my farmhouse decor in my foyer.

I love this gorgeous {hand woven macrame basket set}! They would be perfect for adding character to an empty corner or provide stylish storage for toys or blankets!

Vintage Floral Dinnerwear

I feel in love with this {vintage floral dinnerwear set} when I saw it on Walmart’s website! These would create the most gorgeous tablescape! They are definitely on my “want” list for future purchases!

Vintage Floral Loveseat

With the same gorgeous vintage floral print as the pillows I got, this stunning {floral loveseat} would be the showpiece of any room it adorned!
